Liinaloom is based in Canada so we use Canada Post for all of our shipping. Your packages are always sent with tracking and insurance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Liinaloom does not accept returns on vintage items. This is due to the nature of vintage

These items are previously used and are considered a final sale.
 

New items may be returned for a store credit within 7 days of purchase. If you wish to return a new item you must contact me within 2 days of purchase to initiate the return. All returns will have a 15% restocking fee added.
